Stanley Keith Ivey, 62, of Louisville, OH, passed away on January 8, 2016. He was born in Macon, Georgia on August 7, 1953. Stanley retired after 20 years in the U.S. Navy. He loved music and was a talented songwriter and performer. Stanley was a loving father.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Paul Ivey and uncle, George Ivey. Stanley will be dearly missed by his loving wife, Rhonda Ivey; son, Adam Ivey; daughter, Carolina-Marie Ivey; father and stepmother, Glennie and Mary Lou Ivey; mother, Caroline Ivey; sisters, Laura (Buddy) Davis and Diane Snow; many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 12, 2016 from 11-1 followed by a 1:00 p.m. funeral service at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, OH 44305. Interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio.
