Stella Lucille Lampe

Stella Lucille Lampe, 90, of Akron, passed away on January 28, 2024. She was born on March 22, 1933 to the late John and Annie Starr in Lincoln, PA. Stella was a member of Visitation of Mary Parish, Annunciation Church. She was an avid bingo player. Stella was a loving mother and her family was everything to her. She was blessed with many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren who she loved spending time with.

Stella is survived by her children John Lampe, Robert (Brenda) Lampe, David (Mary) Lampe, Tom Lampe (Tom Zimmerman), Janet (Chuck) Burgoon; son-in-law James Burgoon; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald W. Lampe, daughter Karen Burgoon, son Donald Lampe, sister Delores Collins and brother Herbert Starr.

Visitation will be from 5-7pm on Friday, February 9, 2024, at Newcomer Funeral Home. Service will be held at 10am Saturday, February 10th, at Holy Cross Cemetery.
