Stephanie Subontin, 58, of Fairlawn, died on December 15, 2013. She was born in Akron on January 22, 1955.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Subotin. Stephanie is survived by her mother, Mary; brothers, Joseph, James, Timothy P. (Kim); nephews, Benjamin, Timothy J. and Adam; great niece, Grace Ann.
The family would like to thank Akron General Hospital Visiting Nurses Hospice for all their special care and compassion for Stephanie. The family wishes memorial contributions be made to Akron General Hospital Visiting Nurse Hospice.
A private family service has been held.
