Stephen Herbert Hart

Stephen Herbert Hart, age 66, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, August 12, 2020 due to smoking induced lung and brain cancer complicated with pneumonia.
Born on July 27, 1954 in Akron, Ohio, he lived in Brimfield, Ohio. A 1973 graduate of Field High School, he was a talented machinist, like to play guitar and sing music but he loved and missed his boys, Alexander and Daniel Hart, with his whole being.
He was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents, Herbert C. and Delta D. Starcher Case of Glendon, WV and Alex and Dora Kerns Hart of Clem, WV. Also preceded in death by parents, Forrest A. and Betty Case Hart and siblings, Daniel T. Hart and sister, Anita Hart Hensley-Starcher, all of Brimfield. Also preceded in death by many aunts, uncles, and a few cousins from all over Ohio, West Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia and Texas.
Steve is survived by his boys, son, Alex Hart and his two children, Scarlett and Wyatt; and son, Daniel Hart; a sister, Diane Hart Cole of Gassaway, WV; niece, Tamela Hensley Snyder-Shawhan (Dennis) of Akron; uncle, Jerry B. Case of Texas and his three children; aunt, Amy Jean McCormick, and her four children of Akron; brother-in-law, B. A. "Whitey" Starcher and a son, Nick of Brimfield. Special thanks to cousin, Marcia McCormick.
There will be no services. Family and friends have long missed Steve's smile. He was kind and generous to a fault to his new friends. He will be missed by all.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Newcomer Funeral Home, Akron.
