Steven C. Henthorn

Steven C. Henthorn, 34, passed away unexpectedly July 19, 2019 at Mercy Medical Center. Born in Akron to Craig and Lisa (Zuk) Henthorn, he was a lifelong area resident. Steven belonged to the Painters Local 841 and worked at Henthorn Painting. He enjoyed watching football (specifically the Dallas Cowboys), fishing, golf, camping, playing pool and spending time with his kids and family.

Preceded in death by his aunt, Tina Sziva; uncle, Charles Henthorn, Jr; and other relatives, Steven will be sadly missed by his children, Kyrstin and Leland Henthorn; parents, Craig and Lisa, sister, Stephanie (Jack) Martin; nephew, Jack; nieces, Alexis and Carley; grandparents, Ethel "Nanny" Potts, Nancy Henthorn (Ray), Charles and Sandra Henthorn; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Steven always helped others and was kind hearted. By his donation to LifeBanc he continues to help others.

Family and friends are invited to visit Wednesday, July 24, 2019 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Newcomer, Akron Chapel, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron.
A memorial service will immediately follow at 6 p.m.
