Steven R. Fury
Steve passed away unexpectedly on April 14.
He is survived by his loving wife and best friend, Delores. His other survivors include his sons, Shawn (Danielle) and Scott (Cherl); grandchildren, Savannah, Scott "Mac", Noah and Caleb. He loved his sons very much and was very proud of them, talking of them often. His grandchildren were a huge part of his life; he loved them so very much and always enjoyed spending special time with them. He is also leaving behind his mom, Barbara; brothers, Mark, Ricky, Joey and David; and sisters, Cindy, Jeannie, Sheila and Kelly. He also leaves many, many friends, nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and extended family. He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Earl Fury; and brother, William O. Fury.
Steve was an avid sports fan and loved spending time with his son Shawn and friends, watching and talking about sports. He was full of life, and loved to gamble and ride his Harley. Steve and Delores were happiest when they were doing something together, especially riding the bike. She was his best friend, the love of his life. To him, there was no one more beautiful or more special than her. The special love they had for each other could be seen in their eyes, whenever they were together. They never left their "honeymoon" stage, and were often teased because of it. Although he has had some medical problems in the last few years, he remained very dedicated to his family, always lending a hand whenever and wherever needed, even to his nieces Katie and Danielle, who loved him very much and needed him a lot. He had a special bond with his sister-in-law Cyndie, they loved each other very much, and enjoyed arguing with each other. Steve also leaves behind some very special friends, John, Mike and Warren. He loved them all very much, and they were a very important part of his life.
