Susan K. Crane, 49, of Akron, passed away February 3, 2005. Susan will always be remembered for her determination and perserverance despite her health. She loved children and not only raised her own two daughters, but helped take care of her nieces, nephews, and grandchildren throughout the years. She will be missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her father, Don Crane; grandparents, Guy and Orpha Crane and Robert and Mildred Overton; brothers, Robert Crane, David Frodle, and Donald Crane. She is survived by daughters, Sherry and Brandy Crane of Akron; mother and stepfather, Kathleen and Robert Frodle of TN; sisters, Barbara (John) Hylton of TN, Cynthia Bridger of Mogadore, Peggy (Holly) Drennen of Akron, and Karen Edwards of TN; brother, Richard Frodle of Mogadore; grandchildren, Jordan, Kendra, Shelby, and Carson; nine nieces and nephews; and six great-nieces and great-nephews; aunts and uncles, Barbara Crane of CA, Marilyn and Stan Lance of FL, Cheryl and Tom England of TN, Ruth Moon of Akron, John and Dottie Overton of Kent. Family and friends may call on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held Monday at 10 a.m. with Pastor Larry Baldridge officiating. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
