Susan E. Hall (nee Shaffer), 76, of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away peacefully at home with her family on Thursday, December 12, 2019. She was born to parents Wilbur and Phoebe Shaffer on October 6, 1943 in East Liverpool.
Preceding her in death are her parents and her beloved son Justin Hall.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Wilbur "Skip", of 56 years; three children, Jason Hall, Julie (Billy) Gonzales, and Jennie (Lou) Kolasky; grandchildren, Dylan Hall, Cole and Caylynn Gonzales, Jacob, Caleb and Abigail Hall, Luke, Piper and Peyton Kolasky; siblings Sally Weymouth, Shirley Marker and Alan Shaffer; several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
She will be missed by all who knew her, especially her high school sweetheart, Skip. Susan enjoyed spending time with her grand kids, going to lunch with her friends, cooking, and loved coloring in her adult coloring books. She loved sitting in the sun on the beach and watching sports, especially the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Florida Gators.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, December 16, 2019 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd. Akron, OH from 3:30-5:30pm with a service at 5:30pm.
