Susan R. Ludick, "Sue", age 66 of Kent, Ohio, died on June 18, 2020 at the Hospice Care Center in Copley.
She was born in Ravenna, Ohio on February 17, 1954 the daughter of the late Lester Burl and Ruby Elizabeth (nee Brant) Souers.
Sue was a graduate of Field High School and also of KSU. She worked for Interim as an office a manager. She was also a homemaker who enjoyed reading, going to the movies, animals and nature. She had a huge zest for life. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends, especially her best friend, Cheryl Porter.
Survivors include her two children, Corey Ludick, with whom she lived and Lindsay (Steven) Gauer of Akron; her grandchildren, Trent and Chase Gauer. Her sister also survives, Leslie Kruger of Akron.
Per her request, there will not be any calling hours or services at this time and all arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Newcomer Funeral Home, Akron.
There will be a Celebration Of Life in the near future, please contact the family for further information.
