Susan M. Paserba , 67, of Stow, passed away July 14, 2012. She was born on February 14, 1945 in Akron, OH.
Sue worked 11 years at McKay Insurance, over 30 years with Summit Lapidary Club and Akron Mineral Society. She was a member of the Red Hatters at Silver Lake Towers where she started a craft club. At First UMC, she started a Scrapbook Club and with some church members made head wraps and belts for the Cooper Cancer Center.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Mary Claudepierre.
Sue is survived by her husband of 32 years, Larry; sons, Brian and Bradly Hill; step-children, Ed (Lisa) Paserba, Stephanie (Joan) Paserba, Anthony (Shannon) Paserba; grandson, Kyle Paserba; brother, David (Beverly) Claugepierrre.
Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Service at the First UMC, 263 E. Mill St. Akron on Saturday, July 21 at 11 AM.
Family suggests memorials be made to the First UMC Free Lunch Program or Hospice of Summa.
