Tammy Lynn Zarle

Tammy Lynn Zarle, 53, went home to be with the Lord on November 6, 2017. She was born February 20, 1964 in Akron, a graduate of Central Hower HS. Tammy was a devoted mother, a very giving person and spent the last 4 years providing care for her mother, Ruby. She enjoyed spending time with her family, playing cards, watching GSN and was an avid Cleveland Browns fan. She was a member of VFW 1070 and an active advocate and fundraiser for the American Diabetes Association.

Tammy is survived by her children, Ashley (Phil) Powell and Stevie Zarle; sisters, Kathy (Mike) Ball and Cindy Wills; brothers, Eddie Rhodes and Bobby Sparks; mother, Ruby Sparks; her dog, Ginger; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 10, 2017 from 4-7pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. A celebration of life will follow at 7pm. Interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution to the American Diabetes Association or VFW 1070.
