Ted J. Lorkowski

Ted J. Lorkowski, 66, of Akron, went to home to be with the Lord on January 25, 2019. He was born on July 6, 1952 in Akron, Ohio to the late Max and Sophie Lorkowski. He worked at Roadway as a dock worker for many years. Ted was a hard worker. He always made his family his top priority, and made sure they were taken care of. He was an avid Cleveland sports fan and was quick witted with a good sense of humor. He adored his daughters and grandsons, and loved his family dearly. He will be missed and loved by all.

In addition to his parents, Ted was preceded in death by his brother, Max Lorkowski.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Amy Kadar, Donna Lorkowski, and Cindy (Brandon) Lorkowski; grandsons, Jacob (Sarah) Crombie, Joseph Kadar, Justin Kadar, and Zachary Ashworth; siblings, Marcy (John), Cecelia, Tony (Judy), Mary, James (Paula), and John; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends and family are welcome to visit on Friday February 1, 2019 from 2pm until 4pm at Newcomer 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. A funeral service will take place at 4pm.
