Teri Michelle Lee allowed herself to join the Angels of Heaven, on the evening of May 17, embraced by her family and her Partner, Robert "Todd" Forrest. She had remained strong for us for an entire year, as we battled the wake of her brain injury.
Teri was born in the summer of 1960 to Robert and Sandra Lee, and was emblematic of the summer all her life. Warm, shining brightly, with arms open wide. Surviving family also include her son, Ryan Clark and his daughter Lillian, who was Teri's greatest joy. Her daughter Ashley, given to her by the late Wayne Brigger. Her siblings Kim (Jeff), and Robert Jr. (Tina). She became Mom to many, including Terri Forrest (Chris), Kelly Dawson, and others.
She attended Ellet, where she met childhood friends that became sisters, Nancy and Linda. Later, she graduated from the W. Howard Nicole school of nursing, and remained a career nurse in long term care, beloved for many years by innumerable patients and colleagues alike. With her Partner Todd, they filled their days with new wonders at every turn, open roads, music, and adventures.
A private cremation has taken place. Per Teri's wishes, a celebration of her life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on June 5th, at The Cliffside Key Club, 2118 S Main St. Akron, OH 44301. To leave a message for Teri's family, please scroll below.
