Terrence Arnold

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Terrence L. Arnold, 56, better known as "TA" on October 7, 2017. Terrence was born in Cleveland, Ohio on August 22, 1961 to the late Rufus Arnold and Margaret Pride. TA began his 33 year career with JOANN, most recently he supported the DC Shipping Team as a Lead. He came to work every day in a blue sweatshirt, baseball cap and with a warm smile on his face. A true "people person" he enjoyed talking with everyone he met. TA was a great cook, enjoyed playing pool and was an avid Notre Dame fan. He also loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. His kind spirit will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandmother, Willie Belle Pride.

He leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Susan M. Doell; daughter, Malia Scott; son, Cameron (Zenay) Scott; grandchildren, Zynia, Aliana, Riley, Ivy and Brooklyn; father and mother-in-law, Philip and Natalie Doell; brother-in-law, Steve (Peggy) Doell; sister-in-law, Melissa (H.J.) Baker; cousins, to include Joan Pride; and a host of extended family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2017 from 1-3 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, where the memorial service will be held beginning at 3 pm.
