Terry Dean Johnson

Terry Johnson, 73, of Suffield died peacefully on November 11th, 2021. Devoted husband, father and friend to many, Terry will be greatly missed.

Terry was born December 20, 1947 to Wilbur and Twila {Slingluff} Johnson. Preceded in death by his parents, he is survived by his wife Sharen {Wise} Johnson; daughters Teri (Richard) Burdick, Kim (Steve) Pauls, Heather Johnson, Jill (Bill) Givens; step-son Brian (Jill) Regenos; step-daughter Kara Regenos; brothers Tom (Deb) Johnson; Dave (Shelley) Johnson; 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

Terry graduated from Milligan College with a Bachelor of Science Degree and went on to receive a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Kent State University.

Terry is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, serving in the 70's. He was stationed in Japan for part of his service, where his daughter, Kim, was born. However, Terry's true calling was in the Hospitality Management industry, managing many area clubs, including Congress Lake CC, Shady Hollow CC, Ashtabula CC, Paradise Lake CC, Raintree CC and Prestwick CC. He loved golfing and traveling. There were many memorable vacations over the years. He especially enjoyed going to Florida to golf and to visit his daughter Heather.

Terry's Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 27th, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Paradise Lake Golf Club, 1900 Randolph Rd. Mogadore, OH 44260.
