Terry Lee Oaks I
Terry Lee Oaks I, 55, of Ravenna, passed away unexpectedly January 27, 2009. Terry was born January 14, 1954 in Akron, Ohio. He retired from IBEW Local 306 in Akron. In his free time, Terry enjoyed riding motorcycles and racing hot rods. He was a longtime AA member. He will be deeply missed by his mother, Ella Mae Oaks; father and stepmother, Samuel and Pat Oaks; previous wife, Sandra L. Durham; children, James Craig (Miranda) Oaks, Terry (Mandy) Oaks II, and Sondra (Len) Gibbs; brother, Samuel; Michael (Betina) Oaks; ten grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Monday from 5 8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Edinburg Cemetery.
