Thelma "June" Husk, 77, went home to the Lord on October 22, 2012. She passed peacefully at her home in Tallmadge. June was born on June 20, 1935 to Russell & Alvergia Sheppard (both deceased).
Leaving to cherish her memories are her husband Donald with whom she married on January 16, 1953 and together they had 5 wonderful children: Don (Belinda) Husk, Karen (Bill deceased) Auckerman, Pamela (Dale) Highsmith, Mark Husk, Robin (John) Gill, 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Also surviving her are brother Paul (Marlene) Sheppard, sister Wilma (Bill deceased) Beatty, sister in-law Bonnie Bennett, special family and friends Allen & Karla Beatty and family, Barb Bennett, Denny & Marge Hazen, best friend forever Janet Lawley, and her cat Tina.
The Family will receive friends on Monday, October 29th at Tallmadge Alliance Church, 1155 East Ave., Tallmadge, Ohio 44278 for viewing between 10am and 12 noon, followed by a service at noon and a luncheon. Arrangements are being handled through Newcomer Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please share Mom's love for the Lord by making a donation in her name to Tallmadge Alliance Church or Hazen Ministries, PO Box 230, Louisville, Ohio 44641.
