Thelma I. Wagner (nee Mull)
Thelma I. Wagner, 84, of Akron, passed away November 10, 2007. Thelma was born January 22, 1923 in Somerset, PA to the late Charles and Mary Mull. She worked as a chef at Luigi's for over twenty-five years and worked as a cook at Akron City Hospital for several years. In her free time, she enjoyed playing bingo. For the last two and a half years, Thelma resided at Manor Care, where she received excellent care from the staff. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Wagner; son, Gerald Lehman; and great-grandson, Zachary Lehman. She is survived by her daughter, Glenda (Edward) Shue; sons, "Sonny" Ralph (Linda A.) Lehman, Charles (Linda J.) Lehman, and Dwayne Wagner; daughter-in-law, Candy Lehman; sister, Peg (Wallace) Shaulis; ten grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends may call on Tuesday from 4-9 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m., Pastor Robert Webb officiating. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
