Theodore V. Rastok, 90, went home to be with the Lord on December 8, 2015. Born February 7, 1925 in Pittsburgh, PA and raised in Blacklick, PA. Ted was a football player at Blairsville High School. He was a WWII Combat Navy Veteran and served in the Korean War. Ted was an avid supporter of Woodridge High School athletics and was a high school Booster Club President.
He also was a football official for the Summit-Portage Football Association. Ted was preceded in death by his wife of 69 years, Theo Sallie; and his daughter, Beverly Mitchem. He is survived by sons, Ted R., Phillip (Stacie), Wade (Donna); grandchildren, Summer, Christopher, Adrienne, Brandon, Bryan, Joe, Jeremy and Jason; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held on Friday December 11, 2015 from 10:30-11:30am at Our Lady of Victory, 91 North Ave. Tallmadge, OH 44278. The mass will begin at 11:30am. Father Mike Matusz presiding. Interment Rose Hill Burial Park.
