Thomas Ashworth III, "Tom", age 72, of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, passed away on December 27, 2022.
He was born on February 23, 1950 in Akron, the son of the late Thomas and Kathryn (nee Moore) Ashworth Jr.
Tom was a graduate of Cuyahoga Falls High School and went on to become a mechanical engineer. He was a very quiet man and was a good friend to all.
Survivors include his loving wife, the former Pamela Stover, whom he married on June 11, 1971; his children, Melony (Aaron) Ward and Sheri Andrews; his grandchildren, Kelly Ashworth, Jacob Andrews, Abigail Ward and Emma Ward.
His siblings are also surviving, Rebecca Merino and Kathy Werth and his nieces and nephews, John (Deb) Merino, Theresa (Perry) Stofan, Mark (Kelly) Merino and Stefanee (Ray) Gonzales and their families.
There will not be any calling hours or services and all arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Newcomer Funeral Home, Akron.
