Thomas Bingham Adams, Jr., 50, went to his heavenly home with the Lord on January 31, 2013. He was born May 23, 1962 to the late Thomas B. Adams, Sr. and the late Ruth Ann (Robbins) Adams. Tom was a big kid at heart and could always be found playing sports and games with the kids. He was a Miami Dolphins fan and loved sports. He was especially happy coaching his kids' sports teams, and their biggest cheerleader on the sidelines. Tom's greatest love was his family.
He was a good man, and loved by all who knew him. Tom was preceded in death by his parents, and beloved grandparents, Charles E. and Margaret E. (Bostaph) Robbins. He leaves to cherish his memory and celebrate his life, his beloved wife Laura (Gilbert) Adams; children, Thomas III, Jessica, Tricia, and Daniel Adams; brothers, James (Julie) and Michael (Richard) Adams; sisters, Tina (Victor) Faverty, Lisa (Kurt) Keller, and Michelle Homan; brothers-in-law, Daniel, Brian, James, and Michael Gilbert; numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends. "In the end, there can be only one!" Now you truly are immortal!
Visitation will be Monday February 4 from 10-12 followed by a 12 noon funeral service with Pastor Mark O'Donnell officiating at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron.
