Thomas Martin Buhalak

Thomas M. " Tom" Buhalak passed away peacefully on March 28, 2021. A longtime Akron resident he was born August 24, 1932 in Franklin, OH. Tom was a devoted husband, father and grandfather and loved spending time with his great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Vera, parents George and Katherine {Vininger} Buhalak, and sister, Ruthie Schott. Tom is survived by his children, Keith (Susan) Buhalak and Denise (Doug) Tell; grandchildren, Zachary and Courtney Slanker, Seth, Brittany and Samantha Tell; and great-grandchildren, Isla, Gavin and Elyjah; brother David (Joan) Buhalak.

Visitation will be held from 10-11am on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at Tallmadge Lutheran Church, 759 East Ave., Tallmadge, OH 44278. Please plan to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
