Thomas L. Dexter

Thomas L. Dexter, age 72 of Tallmadge passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at his home. He was born on July 16, 1948, the son of the late Donald and Helen {Leiber} Dexter.
Tom will be dearly missed by his wife of 52 years, Norma; son William; daughter Wendy (John) Violette; granddaughters Kayla Moore and Rylee Violette; brothers Francis (Paula) Dexter and Larry (Barbara) Dexter; sisters Linda (Nunzio) Ferrucci and Sharon (Dave) Lerow. He had fond memories of all his nieces and nephews, sister and brother-in-laws, from the United States to Canada.
Tom graduated from Randolph High School in 1966, and joined the United States Navy in 1968, receiving an honorable discharge in 1972. Tom and Norma were married on September 10, 1968. He worked at Goodyear Stow Mold Plant, retiring in 2004, and also managed Trailer Village Park with Norma for 14 years. Tom and Norma have resided in Tallmadge since 1988. He had many dear memories with family and friends, many of which included golfing and landscape design at his home.
