Thomas R. "Tom" Emigh, age 76 of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, died on June 10, 2023 at his home.
He was born on June 12, 1946 in Akron, the son of the late Robert Raymond and Betty Mae (nee Rowe) Emigh.
Tom was a proud iron worker and was retired from Ironworkers Local #17 out of Cleveland, Ohio. He enjoyed coaching little league baseball especially in his younger years when his son played ball.
Survivors include his loving and devoted wife, the former Lynnanne "Lynn" Workman, whom he married on November 24, 1973; his only son, Raymond Thomas Emigh and his companion, Charli; and his sisters-in-law, Moreene Workman, Kelly Westling (Phillip Terry); and his nephews, Andy (Serena) Thompson and Robert (Tricia) Emigh.
Other than his parents, Tom was preceded in death by his two brothers, Jack and Don Emigh.
There will be an "Open Mic" format at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Akron, Ohio 44305 where the family invites any of you to speak at the memorial calling hours on Sunday, June 25, 2023 from 1:00 - 3:00 PM, please come and share!
The family wishes to thank Nicki with Ohio Living Hospice for the tender loving care she gave to Tom and our neighbors, Chris and Bernadette for all of their support.
