Thomas C. Holmes

Thomas C. Holmes, "Tommy", age 67 of Akron, Ohio, passed away, unexpectedly from a short illness, on April 5, 2023.
He was born on March 4, 1956 in Akron, the son of the late Clyde Richard and Carol (nee Towsley) Holmes.
Tommy graduated from Springfield High School, Class of 1974; he worked and retired from Wolff Bros Supply after many years of service. He was an avid golfer and was a Cleveland Browns fan. Tommy also loved the Beatles and shooting pool with his close friends.
Survivors include his siblings, David Richard Holmes, Terri Lee (Joseph) Sano and John Michael (Angie) Holmes; and his many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends who mourn his loss.
Other than his parents, Tommy was preceded in death by his brother, Russell "Rusty" Holmes.
Per Tommy's wishes he wanted to be cremated and there will be a celebration of life at a later date.
Our family wishes to thank Summa Health ICU T3 for their excellent care of our brother.
All arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Newcomer Funeral Home, Akron, Ohio.
