Thomas W. Householder "T.C."
Thomas W. Householder "T.C.", 71, of Mogadore, died on September 11, 2006 at Akron General Medical Center. He was born January 10, 1935 in Akron, Ohio to the late Carl D. & Esther T. (Webb) Householder and later served in the U.S. Air Force from 1951 - 1953. Thomas retired from the Springfield Township Police Department after 25 years of service. His memberships included F.O.P. Lodge Springfield #157, Moose #1085 and Akron Retirees & Widows Association. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Richard Shadrosky; brothers, Ronald Householder and Carl D. Householder, Jr.; sister, Janice Householder. Thomas is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Shirley A. (Hoover) Householder of Mogadore; daughter, Christine (Gary) Smith of Mogadore; sons, Thomas M. (Myong Hui) Householder of Korea, Ronnie (Pam) Shadrosky of Barberton and Duane Shadrosky of Doylestown; grandson, Luke Shadrosky of Barberton; extended family, Jason, Tammy and Tyler Smith, Scott Hammer; best friend, Dave Jarvis. Calling hours will be Thursday from 6 - 9 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd.
