THOMAS L. LANUM

Thomas L. Lanum, age 74 of Springfield Township. went home to be with the Lord. Friday April 5. Born September 18, 1927 in Akron to the late William and Catherine Lanum. Thomas was a member of Grace Cathedral, and proudly served in the Navy during WW II. He was a Tow Motor Operator for General Tire. He is survived by his devoted daughter and son in law, Jackie and Larry Patterson; granddaughters, Lori (Paul) Bruch and Jamie (Jason) Huth; great grandchildren, Bryce and Baylie Huth; sisters, Gertrude Sanner and Mabel (George) Short; and sister in law, Mary Lanum. Funeral service will be held Tuesday April 9, 2002 at 1:00pm at the Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home 131 N. Canton Road officiating Rev. Robert Hoffman and Rev. Chris Macamer. family and friends will be received from 5 - 8 pm Monday April 8, Interment Tallmadge Cemetery.
