Thomas Paul Haag, 57, passed away on May 24, 2012.
Born in Akron on October 19, 1954, to the late Thomas J. and Sally Haag. Thomas was a graduate of East High School. He attended St. Matthew Catholic Church. Thomas enjoyed antique cars and attending car cruises. He was a very generous individual and loved to help others. He always had a smile.
Preceded in death by brother, James J. Haag; and long-time girlfriend, Michelle Lemon. Survivors include brother, Nick Haag; sister, Linda (Mark) Trushel; nieces, Kaitlin and Jessica Trushel; nephews, Robert Trushel and Matthew Haag; sister-in-law, Kathy Haag.
Calling hours will be Tuesday, 5-8 p.m., at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where a prayer service will be held Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. Funeral Mass Wednesday, 10 a.m., at St. Matthew Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
