Thomas "Tom Tom" Seymour
Thomas "Tom Tom" Seymour, 79, died June 2, 2005 at the Hospice Care Center. He was born July 8, 1925. Thomas served during WWII in the U.S. Navy and later worked and retired from the City of Akron Parks Department. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 52 years, Joann. Thomas is survived by his children, Debi & Butch, Tom & Michelle, Laurina & Steve, Toni & Donald, Patty & Tim, Bob, Bertha, Sandy, Alan and Doug; 27 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. Saturday at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd. Officiated by Rev. Bob Fleming. Family and friends may call from 2:00 p.m. until the service begins.
