Tiffani Ann (Romain) Bekeleski, 55, of Akron, passed away June 29, 2023, at Hospice of the Western Reserve in Euclid, Ohio, following a brief but valiant battle with cancer.
Tiffani was a loving wife to her husband of 27 years, Jeff, and a devoted daughter, sister, and aunt. Above all, she was an adoring mother to her daughters, Megan and Alyssa, whom she treasured.
A bright and beautiful light in the lives of her family and friends, Tiffani was exceptionally kindhearted and selfless. She was always quick to share her smile and infectious laugh, and generous in helping others as a caregiver, friend, and family member. In keeping with her cheerful personality, Tiffani was creative, fun, and always colorfully stylish. A lifelong animal lover, she also cherished the company of her many pets through the years.
Tiffani was born to Renald and Barbara (Combs) Romain in Rantoul, Illinois, on August 11, 1967. She attended Stow High School in Stow, Ohio, and graduated with honors from the University of Akron with a nursing degree. As a registered nurse, she was deeply dedicated to her patients and co-workers for more than two decades at Summa Health and ClearPath Home Health Care Services. In recent years, she had served as a case manager for Buckeye Health Plan.
Tiffani is predeceased by her mother, Barbara Romain; father-in-law, Chet Bekeleski; and mother-in-law, Betty Bekeleski. She is survived by her husband, Jeff Bekeleski; daughters, Megan and Alyssa Bekeleski; father, Renald Romain; brother Todd (Jessica) Romain; and sisters-in-law, Julie and Tracy Bekeleski, Laura (Mark) Shilling, and Vicki (Ron) Gjurkovitsch; along with 10 beloved nieces and nephews.
