Timothy A. Cooper
July 15, 1967 — March 11, 2020
Timothy A. Cooper, 52, passed away unexpectedly on March 11, 2020 after a short illness. Born in Akron, Ohio to David and Ruth (Christian) Cooper, he was a lifelong area resident. He worked as a Machinist at Schaeffler Transmission Systems. Tim enjoyed his job, history, fishing, music, playing the drums in many bands, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family, friends and pets.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by brother, Steven Cooper. He will be sadly missed by sisters, Glenda (Jerry) Banyar, Pamela (Scott) Behrend, Beth (Ken) Mulhollen; daughter, Amanda (Vance) Smith; grandsons, Jayden, Timothy; nieces, nephews and friends.
Per his wishes, cremation has taken place. The memorial visitation will be Wednesday, March 18, 2020 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Newcomer, Akron Chapel, 131 N. Canton Rd.
