Timothy James Lessak

Timothy J. "Tim" Lessak passed away with family by his side on August 3, 2023 at the age of 78. He was born to John and Rosemary (nee Filing) on October 2, 1944 in Akron, Ohio. Tim graduated from Springfield High School, class of 1962. After high school, he proudly served his country in the United States Navy. Tim found love in Barbara (nee Jameson) and they were married on June 28, 1986. Tim had many loves but nothing compared to the love he had for his family. He will truly be missed and remembered forever.

Tim worked as an electronic trouble shooter and was able to do so both locally and internationally.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Tim is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Barbara Lessak; children, Tracy (Mark) Bower, Timothy J. Lessak II and Robert J. Lessak; former daughter-in-law, Deeon Davie; grandchildren, Bethany (Derek) Varca, Kelsey (Alex) Bower, Gabrielle (Nick) Gingo and MacKenzie (Brandon) Konen; great-granddaughter, Mabel Mae Varca and one on the way, Freya Reign Konen; siblings, Pat Graham, Lynda Whelan and Judie (Carl) Smeigh; as well as many other nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Friday, August 11, 2023 at 2pm until the time the Memorial Service begins at 4pm. Pastor Steve Neumeyer will be officiating.
