Tina F. Fry

Tina F. Fry, 70, went Home to be with the Lord on May 3, 2022. Born in Akron, Ohio to Wilbur and Marie (Sears) Immel, she was a lifelong area resident. Tina retired from Akron General Medical Center after many years of service. She was known for loving her dogs, Bootsie, Casey, Cinnamon & Roxie and she greatly enjoyed fishing, crafting, ceramics, word searches and spending time with friends and family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Joe Fry; infant daughter, Jennifer; sister, Joyce Baskey (husband Bob surviving). Tina will be sadly missed by her brother, Ray (Shelley) Immel; nieces and nephews, Christine, John (Monica), Tom (Carol), Terri (Mike), Jeff, Chad; numerous great nieces and nephews; extended family friend, Lee Mackey.

Family and friends are invited to visit Friday, May 13, 2022 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Newcomer, Akron Chapel, 131 N. Canton Rd. A memorial service will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Per her wishes, cremation has taken place. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Tina's name to the charity of their choice.
