Traci Anne Peters

Traci A. Peters, 63, went to be with the Lord on February 22, 2019. She was born on September 2, 1955 in Warren, Ohio, but spent the majority of her life in the Akron area. She was a graduate of St. Vincent-St. Mary High School. She attended St. Thomas School of nursing, where she began her career as a dedicated surgical nurse for 30 years. She most recently worked at Akron General Hospital. Traci was a loving mother, daughter, grandmother and sister.

Traci was preceded in death by her mother, Louise A. Buck.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Meredith (Dave) Macaluso; father, Richard O. Buck; brothers, Kevin (Marycarol) Buck, David (Christie) Buck, John (Becky) Buck, Patrick (Gayle) Buck, and Joel (Nancy) Buck; grandson, Clayton Macaluso; many nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.

Visitation will take place on Monday March 4, 2019 from 4pm until 6pm at Newcomer 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. A memorial service will take place at 6pm. A private inurnment with family and close friends will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery in Akron on Tuesday March 5, 2019.
