Tracy Lynn Costaras, 48, passed away on October 16, 2014.
Tracy was a graduate of Ellet High School and Youngstown State University. She served with the Akron Police department from 1993 until 2001. Tracy had a great love for her pets and enjoyed spending time with friends and family.
Preceded in death by her parents, James and Margaret Costaras; and her aunt, Helen Pappas.
Survivors include brother, Mike; and many family members and friends.
Calling hours will be Friday, 5-8 p.m., at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, where a funeral service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National MS Society, PO Box 4527, New York, NY 10163 or the Humane Society of Greater Akron, 7996 Darrow Rd., Twinsburg, OH 44087.
