Velda McQuain (nee Lantz) passed away peacefully on May 31, 2006 after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife of the late George; loving mother of Linda Sue (Ronald) Stork; loving daughter of the late Arley and Violet Lantz of Diamond, Ohio; dearest sister toThelma (the late Robert) Hershey, Maxine (the late Guy) Bouleware, Shirley Kenepp, Marie (the late Victor) Harvat, Guy (Faye) Lantz, Arley Jr. (Joanne), the late Aubrey (Rachel), the late Geraldine and Grace (infants) Lantz; cherished aunt to many nieces and nephews. Family and friends may call TODAY from 5-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Palmyra Cemetery.
