At the age of 68 Velma went home to be with her savior after a long battle with cancer.
Velma was preceded in death by her parents Chester and Betty (Baker) Fox as well as many aunts and uncles. She leaves behind her beautiful daughters, Rachel Edwards and Sarah Williams; her grandchildren, Marissa Hall, Zachary White, Macey Edwards and Tanner Williams; siblings, Cathey (Lynn) Raber, Chet (Amelia) Fox; aunt, Jeanne Bedami; 4 nephews and their beloved families; many cousins, friends and loved ones.
After much consideration there is only one message of importance to be added here. In a lifetime, one does things one is proud of and things that make you not as proud. The one important life lesson to be shared here is Love. The greatest commandment and gift of all is love. If you are touched by no other part of life, try to be touched by love. Try to love the people around you who drive you crazy as well as the ones who are easy to love. That's the important message.
