Vera L. Strait, 93, of Akron, passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2021. She was born to parents Leonard and Edna Cornell on March 30, 1927 in Akron.
Preceding her in death is her loving husband of many years, William H. Strait.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Edward (Faye) Strait and Robert (Tammy) Strait; and grandchildren, Amanda and Billy.
Vera was an active member of TOPS OH Chapter 0220. She loved to crochet, plant flowers, was an amazing cook and enjoyed baking. Most of all, Vera loved spending time with her family. She will be dearly missed by family and friends.
A private graveside service will be held by the family at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
