Vincent J. Miljak, 62, of Akron, passed away on February 5, 2023. He was born on April 21, 1960. Vince loved caring for his cats. He was the groundskeeper at Annunciation Church (now known as Visitation of Mary) for over 25 years, earning awards every year for his beautiful landscaping.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wallace; and brothers, George and Raymond. He is survived by his mother, Betty Miljak; sister, Debra (Michael) Rubino; brother, Frank Miljak; and nephews, Frank (Dawn) Miljak and Nick (Jessica) Rubino.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 from 10:30-11:00 followed by an 11:00 a.m. Funeral Mass at Annunciation Church(Visitation of Mary), 55 Broad St, Akron, Ohio. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. To leave a special message for the family online, visit www.NewcomerAkron.com.
