Virgil G Rexroat

Virgil G. Rexroat, 76, passed away on February 4, 2022. He was born on August 31, 1945 the son of the late Chester and Mary Rexroat. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Virgil enjoyed motorcycles, shooting pool and bowling with his friends and was proud of his perfect scores in bowling.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Michelle Rexroat; and sister Georgia.
Virgil is survived by his sons Jason (Rachel) Rexroat, Jeff (Tammy) Futrell, Ron (Rebecca) Nagle, Rob (Angie) Klein and Bobby (Cindy) Murray; daughters Veronica (Joe) Ballis, Robin (David) Mitchell, Becky (George) Tepus and Leanne Scott; many grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sibling Sheryl Coble; life-long best friend Rick Powers; and many nieces, nephews and beloved friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the family to assist with funeral costs.
Visitation will be held 1:00PM to 3:00PM Sunday, February 20, 2022 at Newcomer Funeral Home 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron.
