Virgil Lee Swiger
Virgil Lee Swiger, 49, of Akron, passed away February 23, 2007. Virgil was born in Cuyahoga Falls on June 21, 1957 to the late William Earl and Helen Marie Swiger. He was employed at Akron General Medical Center for the past eleven years. He will always be remembered for his devotion to his family. Virgil will be deeply missed by his wife of twelve years, Helen Catherine; sons, Eric (Lorraine), Brian (Kelly), and Kody; brothers, Ronald (Sandra), William Eugene, Lester (Pamela), and Jeffery (Stephanie); grandson, Taylor; granddaughter, Elyse; and many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Family and friends may call on Monday from 5-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 10 a.m. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
