Virginia Mae Clark

Virginia Mae Clark, 74, made her transition February 13, 2020 at home. She was the daughter of the late Martha Clark and Ozie B. "Pap" Person. She greatly enjoyed reading, solving puzzles, listening to music, dancing and talking to her family.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by siblings, Theotis Johnson, Beulah Moore, Eula Nelson; grandson, Robert Rogers, Jr. She will be sadly missed by daughters, Belinda Rogers (Darrell Byrd) of Clayton, AL, Genell (Derrick) Blash of Akron, Wendy Clarke of Akron, Melanie Clarke Butler (Kevin) of Akron; grandchildren, Shandreka, Shaneka, LaShaundra, LaRodney, Trevor, Tia-Monique, Kyrastin, Kyla, LaShae', LaDan, Elijah, Aluana, Mylia, Alyssa, Myah; 27 great grandchildren; siblings, James "JC" Clark of Rochester, NY, Betty (Hardy) Wilborn of Mt. Andrew, AL, Janice Mae (Samuel) Fason of Rochester, NY, Barbara Jean Adams of Henderson, NV; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Family and friends are invited to visit Saturday, February 22, 2020 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Newcomer, Akron Chapel, 131 N. Canton Rd. The funeral service will immediately follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
