Virginia Munson 81, passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer on January 6, 2007, two months to the day after the death of her beloved husband of 62 years, Thomas Munson. Virginia loved all animals especially her dogs. She was a very loving and caring person to anyone that needed help. Besides her husband, Tommy, she was preceded in death by her parents Michael and Geraldine King and six brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughter Gerry Munson of Akron; son Thomas W II of Florida; brother Russ King(Kathy); nieces Jeannie Westfall, Nancy Dague and Mary Miller; nephews Dan Auvil, Robert, John and James King. Virginia was grateful to all the people who prayed with and for her. A special thanks is extended from her family to all the beloved neighbors for all their love, help and care. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, January 10, 2007 2 p.m. at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Father John King officiating.
