Vivian H. Kraus, 81, passed away on May 16, 2024. She was born on May 19, 1942 the daughter of the late Paul and Helen Johns. Vivian was a Sunday School teacher at Country Baptist Church, where she formed a lifelong friendship with Debbie. She served as a Girl Scout Leader for 10 years. Vivian had a passion for crafting and spending time outdoors, especially camping and tending to her beautiful flower gardens. During Halloween, she would help her brother, Donald, who owned and operated the Haunted School House and the Laboratory, with costumes and masks.
She was preceded in death by her parents; beloved husband of 49 years, Richard Kraus; and her siblings Danny, Donald and Donna.
Vivian is survived by her loving family, daughters Kristine (Ralph) Held and Kathleen (Carlos) Caballero; granddaughter Hannah; half-sisters Trisha and Debbi; her beloved poodle, Kaylee, whom she affectionately referred to as her "baby" and many other relatives and friends.
