Vivian L. Chmielewski (Stone), 51, passed away on July 22, 2011 in the comfort of her home. She was an inspiration during her battle with cancer.
Vivian was born in Duffield, Virginia on April 4, 1960. A graduate of Vermillion High School, she loved being a stay at home Mom and spending every minute with her daughters as they were growing up. She was employed by Akron General Medical Center.
Vivian was a devoted wife, mother, and friend who touched everyone's lives and hearts; none more than her beloved husband, Jim. They were soul mates who found each other later in life and fortunately, made the most of every minute together, not realizing they would only have 4 short years. She had such a passion for life and always brought out the best in others. Anyone that knew Vivian knows that there wasn't a more fun, kind-hearted and genuine person on earth and that she touched so many lives and brightened everyone's day. Her generosity was only outdone by her smile.
Survived by her husband, Jim; daughters, Kelly and Shannon Neale; parents, Ernest and Bobbie Stone; sister, Barbara Gallagher (Chris); step-children, Chris (Erin) and Melissa (Rob); grandchildren, Tyler, Brittany, Riley; Marley.
Vivian will always be remembered for the care and love she provided to all she crossed paths with. We were blessed to know her and gain the ability to see the world through her eyes.
