Walter Marion, Sr.

Walter Marion, Sr., born January 21, 1923, passed away on July 7, 2011. Walter was born in Aron's Fork, WV. He worked for General Motors, Brookpark Division, for 33 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Lois; children, Walter Lee, of Lawton, Oklahoma, Sharon, of Akron, Donna Menhorn, of Barberton, Brenda Miller, of Akron. He had a host of grandchildren here in Ohio and Lawton, Oklahoma. There will be no calling hours and the family requests that in lieu of flowers, that donation be sent to the Hospice Care Center, 3358 Ridgewood Rd., Akron, OH 44333. The family would like to thank everyone involved in the care of our father, husband, and grandfather at the Hospice Care Center. The compassion and the love meant so much to all of us.
