Wanda Stambaugh (nee Somerville), 75, passed away on August 18, 2013.
Preceded in death by grandson, Joseph Skrapics; mother and stepfather, Hazel and Theodore Thomas; father, Charles Somerville; brothers, Wayne and Glenn Somerville; and brother-in-law, Lee McGovern. She is survived by daughters, Dawn Duff Skrapics Ackerman and Dianna Duff Gregg (Dave); grandchildren, Amber Skrapics, Ben Lewis, Zack, Alex, and Andrew Liska; sister, Linda McGovern (nee Somerville); sister-in-law, Patsy Somerville; best friends, Shirley Houk and Tibor Skrapics; and many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Wednesday, 5-8 p.m., at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, where a funeral service will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. Interment at Edinburg Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 1701 N. Beauregard St., Alexandria, VA 22311.
