Wayne K. Jordan, 63, passed away suddenly on Friday, February 12, 2016. Wayne was born in Akron, grew up in Cuyahoga Falls, and later resided in Green, Ohio. He worked at JRB, Inc. for over 20 years.
Wayne is survived by his beloved wife of 21 years, Elizabeth; daughter, Kim (Bo) Hedgepeth; son, Jeff (Stephanie) Jordan; and stepsons, Brian Stanley and Aaron (Rebecca) Stanley. He also leaves behind grandchildren Clara, Brianna, Dustin, Baby Colton, Ethan and Brody. Wayne was proceeded in death by his parents, Ray and Jacqueline Jordan; brothers David Jordan and Lee Jordan; and his treasured canine, Diamond.
Wayne's love for the outdoors took him and his family on many road trips searching for covered bridges, lakes, mountains, and anything "beautiful." He loved boating and spent countless weekends on the water throughout his adult life. The family will celebrate Wayne's life in a private ceremony along the Ohio River, one of his favorite places.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to your local Goodwill Industries.
