Wilda Rosemary Davis, 81, of Atwater, passed away August 16, 2010. She was born in Akron on June 5, 1929 to the late William and Sylvia Mishler. She was devoted to the First Baptist Church of Tallmadge, where she played the piano and organ. Her family and friends will always remember the wonderful cakes that she baked. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace; sister, Wilma Mishler; and granddaughter, Sabrina Meredith. She will be deeply missed by her children, William (Mariko) Davis, Karen Meredith, and Joy (Ronnie) Yoho; grandchildren, Bill (Hiroko) Davis, Jr., Bryan (Lily) Davis, Penny (David) Agner, April (David) Demali, Robert Yoho, Melissa Yoho, and Katey Yoho; and six great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday from 12-1 followed by a 1:00 p.m. funeral service at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Pastor Stephen Mortimer officiating. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
