William E. Reed

William E. "Bill" Reed, 82, passed away on October 18, 2010. Bill was a life resident of Akron and a member of Lakemore United Methodist Church. He retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber after many years of service. Bill enjoyed playing cards and bingo, and traveling to Las Vegas. He was a very kind and friendly man who was always smiling and helping others. Preceded in death by his wife, Nina Pauline Reed and his children. Survivors include his son, Kenneth; sisters, Marie, Delores, and Patty Ann; his beloved companion, Kay Lemons; special friend and caregiver, Debbie; and numerous dear friends.
